Account & Data Deletion

Kiddie Junction Daycare Academy ("KJDA") respects the privacy rights of all parents, guardians, staff and authorized users. This page explains how users may request deletion of their account and eligible personal information from the KJDA Daycare Smart System.

1. Who Can Request Account Deletion?

The following users may request deletion of their account:

• Parents
• Guardians
• Teachers
• Staff Members
• Authorized Administrators

2. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please contact Kiddie Junction Daycare Academy using any of the methods below.

3. Information Required

To protect your privacy we may request:

• Full Name
• Registered Phone Number
• Email Address
• Relationship with KJDA
• Reason for deletion (optional)

4. Verification Process

Before deleting an account, KJDA may verify the identity of the requester to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Additional verification documents may be requested where necessary.

5. What Happens After Deletion?

Once your request has been approved:

• Your account will be disabled.
• You will no longer be able to sign in.
• Access to the mobile application will be removed.
• Personal information eligible for deletion will be permanently removed.

6. Children's Information

Parents or legal guardians may request deletion of eligible personal information relating to their child.

However, educational records that must legally be retained may not be immediately removed.

KJDA aims to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
