Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the KJDA Daycare Smart System. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the KJDA Daycare Smart System provided by Kiddie Junction Daycare Academy. By using the System, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

• KJDA means Kiddie Junction Daycare Academy.
• System means the KJDA Daycare Smart System.
• User means any parent, guardian, staff member, teacher, administrator or authorized person.
• Child means any learner registered in the System.

2. Eligibility

The System may only be used by authorized users who have been provided access by KJDA. Parents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Protect login credentials.
• Do not share passwords.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the System only for lawful purposes.
• Respect the privacy of other users.

4. Child Information

Users shall only upload information relating to children for legitimate educational and childcare purposes. False or misleading information must not be submitted.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to:

• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt to hack the System.
• Share offensive material.
• Harass staff or parents.
• Violate any applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The KJDA Daycare Smart System, including its software, design, graphics, logos, and source code, remains the intellectual property of KJDA unless otherwise agreed in writing. KJDA retains ownership of all data entered into the System.

7. Availability

Although every effort is made to ensure continuous service, temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance, security updates or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

KJDA shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the System except where required by law.

9. Privacy

Use of the System is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated where users violate these Terms, misuse the System or compromise its security.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

12. Changes

KJDA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
